Returns and complaints
RETURN
Products ordered from the IL LETTO store can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. If you wish to return the ordered products, please email us at info@illetto.com completed return form. We care about the opinion of our customers, so we would appreciate it if you write what is the reason for your decision. Returned goods must be in unaltered condition.
Please return the packaged product together with the proof of purchase and the completed return form to the address:

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. We refund the payment up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the refund by bank transfer to the account indicated on the return form.

ADVERTISEMENT
For all products purchased in our store, you are entitled to non-conformity of goods for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase in accordance with the Law of 27 July 2002. On specific terms of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 141, as amended). If the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, email us at info@illetto.com completed complaint form.
Please return the packaged product you wish to advertise, together with the proof of purchase and the completed return form, to the following address:

The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the advertised product, and you will be informed of the resolution by e-mail.
If the complaint is accepted, we will remove the defect or replace the goods with another (full-value), and if this is not possible (for example, due to out-of-stock) – we will refund you the equivalent price of the product. The cost of sending back the advertised product is not refundable.
