How often to change linen bedding?

That's why it's worth taking care of regular laundering, and especially for linen bedding, which requires a slightly different approach.

Linen is a natural material, breathable and resistant to bacterial growth, which means it can be washed less often than synthetic fabrics. In addition, thanks to its thermoregulatory properties, linen provides comfort in all seasons, cooling in summer and warming in winter. Nevertheless, regular washing remains necessary to maintain hygiene and keep the fabric fresh.
How often to change linen bedding?
